For the past 23 years, I’ve been passionate about helping my clients look and feel their best. As a salon owner for the last five years, I’ve built a space where personalized service, beautiful hair, and genuine connections come first.

I specialize in gray coverage, dimensional blondes, and lived-in, natural-looking color that grows out beautifully and complements your lifestyle. My goal is to create healthy, effortless hair that leaves you feeling confident long after you leave the salon.

When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll usually find me spending time with my two dogs. I can’t wait to welcome you into my chair and help you achieve the hair you’ve always wanted.

With 20 years of experience behind the chair, I bring passion, creativity, and expertise to every client I serve. Born and raised in Stillwater, Oklahoma, I take pride in building lasting relationships within my community and with every person who sits in my chair.

I’m a proud mom to three amazing boys and value family, friends, and clients so much! I understand the importance of confidence and feeling your best in everyday life.
I specialize in blonding services, gray coverage and blending, and haircuts—helping each client achieve a look that feels both beautiful and effortless.

Amanda Fletcher

Amanda is a Master Hairstylist with over 22 years of experience, bringing her expertise and passion to every client she serves.

Trained in editorial hairstyling at eh prestigious Aveda Academy in London, England, she specializes in corrective color, beautifully textured hair, and is well known for creating stunning signature red hair colors that clients seek her out for. Her approach focuses on delivering healthy, vibrant results that enhance natural beauty and boost confidence.

When she’s not in the salon, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, tending to her garden and embracing the great outdoors. She looks forward to welcoming you and helping you achieve the hair of your dreams!

Brooklyn Sanders-Thompson

I’m a Stillwater native with a passion for making people feel confident and beautiful!

I’ve been doing hair for 5 years and have been part of the Level 7 family for nearly 6 years.

When I’m not behind the chair, I’m spending time with my husband, Hunter, and our two dogs Birdie & Bowie that we absolutely adore. I’m big on family, community, and creating a welcoming space for every client who sits in my chair!

Kendall Lester

I’m a stylist with 19 years of experience and a passion for helping my clients feel confident and beautiful.

I specialize in blonding, lived-in blondes, fashion colors, hair extensions, and lash extensions, creating customized looks that enhance your natural beauty while fitting your lifestyle.

I keep my space relaxed, welcoming, and full of laughter—because great hair should come with a great experience. It’s all about YOU! I love staying creative, trying new techniques, and making sure every client leaves feeling their absolute best.

Outside of the salon, my favorite role is being a wife and mom. I’m married to my husband, Cale, and together we have three beautiful daughters, Paisley, Quinn, and Skyler. My family is my biggest support system and plays such an important part in everything I do. They encourage me, cheer me on, and support me in continuing to grow both personally and professionally. I’m incredibly grateful to have a family that believes in me and supports my passion for what I do.

At the end of the day, I feel so lucky to do what I love while surrounded by the people I love most.

I’m all about lived-in blondes, seamless grey coverage, and getting you ready for your big moments—weddings, prom, and everything in between. Making you feel confident, fresh, and like your best self is what I’m here for.
